Lead Electrician/ Electrician

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Electrician to oversee residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of residential electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role offers a starting pay of $24/hour, with pay reassessed after the first month based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on residential projects. Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco County

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in homes, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and accurately.

- Interpret and execute electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.

- Train and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

- Electrical experience required.

- Fluent in English

- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Proficiency in electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.

- Journeyman electrician license preferred but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
