LEAD DECK BUILDER $32 to $35 per hour

Are you an experienced builder with a background in framing, carpentry, composite decking, and metal railing installation?

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Deck Builders. This role offers the chance to work on exceptional projects, creating award-winning structures that leave lasting impressions.

Position Requirements:

Experience in Deck Building: Ideal candidates will have experience in framing, carpentry, and installing composite decking and metal railings. Please send us a resume, experience and references.

Motivated to Learn: While experience is preferred, we welcome individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. We provide training for those committed to mastering deck building.

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is required without exception.

Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to reach job sites in Spokane, Spokane Valley, and occasionally in Post Falls.
