As a Journeyman Lead Installer, you will uphold our operations and guide your own team with the utmost integrity, respect, and add to our already growing customer base. You will reinforce our company processes and maximize training opportunities on and outside of the job sites. You will utilize your expertise installing equipment and materials needed for new construction as well as retrofit applications. To ensure quality services, you will maintain clear communication with customers, workers, and owners.
