Assistant Site Mgr/Handyperson & Maintenance position

Active recruitment for 1 fulltime Assistant Site Manager / Public Area Attendant - 1 part time position.

Assistant Site Mgr. position (1): tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of grounds, buildings, and parking. Electrical and plumbing checks, with minor repairs of such, servicing of grills, and very light janitorial duties. Site management duties as assigned. strong communication and managing abilities required. Daily logs and reports. Computer skills a must. Training period is provided. Pay commensurate with experience. Must be available all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Pool Operator Certification a plus (will be enrolled in training course if selected for position)

Publlic Area Attendant Position(1 part time ): tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of facility and conduct janitorial duties. Strong communication and time managing abilities required. Daily logs and reports. Must be able to work alone on shift. Pay commensurate with experience. This is a reliever shift position consisting of 2 nights but opportunity to work more shifts.

Benefits offered for full time position, after passing probation, includes medical, dental, vision, select holidays pay, Paid birthday day off, and Vacation (after one year).
