StepKnock LLC, an IBM Partner, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a commission-based opportunity for professionals with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. You’ll play a crucial role in introducing potential clients to IBM FlashSystems Solutions, a cutting-edge data storage solution tailored to businesses looking for improved cybersecurity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to businesses via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Schedule client meetings between StepKnock/IBM and potential customers to discuss their IT challenges and explore FlashSystem solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and meetings set in a CRM or designated platform.
Work closely with the StepKnock team to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.
What We Offer:
$100 per scheduled client meeting for up to 5 meetings per week.
$200 per meeting for each additional meeting beyond 5 in a given week.
Example: 6 meetings in a week = $700 ($100 each for the first 5 + $200 for the 6th).

Requirements:
Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar role, with a focus on B2B appointment setting.
Strong communication skills with a clear, professional English-speaking voice.

Familiarity with IT or technology solutions is a plus but not required.
Ability to work during US business hours is preferred.
