Events Assistant
Job Description:As an Events Assistant at Nexmos Design, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless operations, from initial concept to the final event. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale celebrations.Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are met.Help create event timelines and schedules, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.Prepare and organize materials for events, including invitations, programs, and other necessary items.Assist with on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations during the event.Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.Perform administrative tasks such as managing RSVPs, organizing meetings, and maintaining event records.Troubleshoot issues as they arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
