Airbnb Weekly Cleaner - $25/HR + Gas Compensation

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help clean our Airbnb properties on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

We are looking for a seasonal worker from the first week of January to May to take over for our regular cleaner who is taking maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare units for the next guests after each checkout.

Complete the turnover between 11 am and 4 pm, as guests typically check in at 4:00 pm.

Clean 1-5 units per day, with all necessary supplies provided, Monday through Friday.

Flexibility is required as schedules may occasionally change due to last-minute bookings or cancellations.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is essential for traveling between our Seattle (Eastlake), Bellevue, and South Bothell units. Each unit typically requires about 1.25 hours to clean.

You must be dependable, able to manage varying workloads, and detail-oriented.

The ability to adapt to occasional schedule changes is important, though these are rare.

Compensation:

$25/hour, plus a $10 stipend per location for travel while on the clock.

Our dedicated cleaning manager will fully train you until you’re confident working independently. She’s a hardworking and supportive team member, ensuring a smooth transition.

Please note: This is a 1099 position.
