The care recipient is semi-independent but requires assistance due to weakness on his left side that affects mobility and motor skills but allows for some function in all areas. They use a walker, are a potential fall risk, and sometimes require verbal cues due to mild cognitive effects from prior radiation treatment.
Final employment or contractor arrangement will be discussed and mutually agreed upon during the hiring process to meet the needs of both the care recipient and the caregiver.
