Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Driver to join our team for a short-term assignment. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting Glass and Doors to designated locations in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Operate commercial vehicles such as Pickup Truck and Flatbed trucks

Safely load and unload Glass and Doors, ensuring proper handling and securement.

Follow established routes and schedules to deliver [goods/materials/passengers] on time.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and hours of service.

Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and interaction with clients or customers.

Handle documentation such as delivery receipts, invoices, and bills of lading accurately.

Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1-2 Previous Experience on Trucks

Clean driving record with no major violations.

Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading.

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of commercial driving laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documentation.
