Job Responsibilities
Set up, stock, and work a station each lunch/dinner
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food/ensuring correct storage
Perform inventory checks
Keen attention to detail and organization
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
Keep station neat, clean, and organized at all times
Contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications/Experience
1 year experience working in a restaurant
Japanese/Sushi restaurant experience is a plus
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
