Tech Support Specialist

We’re seeking a talented Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense for our clients, providing top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions.
What you'll do:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues
Diagnose and fix hardware problems
Document and track issues and resolutions
What you'll need:
Strong technical knowledge, including networking, hardware, and software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Starting rate is $16 an hour
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Friday 9:30am - 4pm
Weekends off!
