Executive Administrator
This position will be responsible for a broad range of executive administrative and support duties for a senior member of Visa People Team. The successful candidate must possess the ability to stay several steps ahead and anticipating the needs of an extremely busy executive. We are looking for someone who takes great pride in being an Executive Assistant and who will serve as an ambassador for Visa and the People team.Essential FunctionsPerform administrative support duties, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials and other documentation as requestedManage scheduling of staff and individual meetings, teleconferences, team off-sites, and other eventsExpertly manage travel bookings, both international and domestic and submission of expense reports through expense systemsEvent planning including facilities coordination, catering, offsite venue research and booking, managing RSVPsExpertly prepare documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a mustAssist in onboarding new staffTrack and send reminders for training, events and compliance tasksAttend and capture notes and actions in meetingsFind and organize training, both group and individualManagement of shared team information and resources on intranet and or portalsOther administrative duties as may be assigned from time to timeThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week determined by leadership site with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
