Description We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to manage customer accounts, process credit applications, and handle inquiries. You will also be tasked with ensuring customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to maintain accurate customer credit records Handle customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Functions Oversee customer accounts and execute necessary actions related to cash activity Manage manual and EDI - Electronic Data Interchange invoicing processes Address issues related to Canada exchange rates Follow up on past dues and coordinate collections activities Handle cash-related tasks and ensure adherence to Cash Handling norms.
