A family oriented remodeling contractor is seeking a trustworthy and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining and upgrading personal properties, rental portfolio, and house flips. This is a flexible opportunity, open to full-time or part-time arrangements, or a team of workers available on a day-rate basis for the right fit

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Drywall

Painting (interior and exterior)

Baseboard and trim work

Tile work (installation and repairs)

Click-and-lock flooring installation

Bonus Skills

Additional skills are welcome and may increase your value to the team, such as:

Carpentry

Roofing

Plumbing assistance

Electrical repairs

Additional Details

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be willing to work under a W-4 (employee) or W-9 (contractor) arrangement.
