CHC Restaurant Group, owners of Rosebud Steakhouse, Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse, and soon to open, Windy City Social, is seeking leaders for our restaurants. CHC is seeking highly skilled Managers to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. We are looking for Restaurant Managers to lead all aspects of our restaurant. You will shape the workplace culture and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high customer service standards.

CHC is planning to open 5 new restaurants within the next two-years.
