Customer Service Representative / Account Manager
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all aspects of the container needs for new and house account customers and monitoring all sales data tools. You will focus on quarterly measurable account growth, routine work orders, driver logs, and vendor invoice payments. The Account manager will also coordinate with other Haulaway offices for customer deliveries when required and perform all other task assigned by the Branch Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls from customers and other Haulaway branches and either handles or routes to appropriate Haulaway departments or staff members
Process move-ins, move outs and other container move requests into the order entry system, coordinate with customers and Haulaway dispatch to ensure customer expectations are met
Perform periodic check-in contacts with House accounts on a schedule established by Branch Manager
Follow up with customers on deliveries/pickups after completion
Monitor and update sales data tools and reporting as appropriate (Salesforce, CMD, etc.)
Assist dispatcher with customer calls confirming deliveries or to clarify information
Take credit card account numbers and process payments as requested
Handle customer billing queries or requests for information on invoices
Ensure vendor invoice payment and coordination when necessary
Candidate Qualifications:
High School diploma at minimum, a college degree is a plus
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service-related industry
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Skilled in multiple programs in the MS Office Suite as well as the ability to learn proprietary systems for business operation
Construction industry experience and/or account management experience
Bilingual in Spanish desired but not required
