Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support duties for the operation of the business. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Operations Coordinator.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones, taking messages, making phone calls and sending emails related to business matters.
Assistance and support in administrative duties such as typing, filing, sending emails, respond to customer calls, etc.
Coordinating operations schedules, project work and coverage at the direction of the Operations Coordinator.
Ordering office and field supplies, upon approval of the Operations Coordinator, including project work supplies.
Laundering of mops & rags, ensuring consistent supply levels for continuity of operations.
Posting job listings and screening applicants.
Processing new hire and other employee paperwork as required.
Communication with corporate office when necessary .
Other comparable responsibilities at the direction of the Operations Coordinator.
Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8am – 2:30pm.
