Off Site Property Management

SKB Properties is looking for a self starter who wants to gain a command of off-site property management.

Key responsibilities are task tracking and followup with on-site managers including occasional visits to the properties in Larchmont and near the convention center, directing in-house handymen to the various jobs across the properties, tracking and obtaining owner approval of off-site contractors, and may also include maintaining rent rolls for each property and verifying that they accurately reflect bank deposits.
