Rec Center Operations Manager, $81,000+

The AndrewsCamps rec center in Corte Madera is a unique 6,000 sq ft multi-level facility that is the hub for after school programs, “no school day” camps, holiday camps, birthday parties and a full schedule of summer activities. AndrewsCamps is fully accredited by the ACA and is a state licensed youth services' provider. We have served great families for over 20 years. We seek a new Operations Manager, a take charge person, who brings leadership experience, positive energy and an openness to working with children and youths.

Your responsibilities will include:

<> Recruitment and training of staff

<> Creating and implementing programs and services

<> Initiating marketing and social media strategy

<> Overseeing facility maintenance

<> Building rapport with customers and the community.

Are you a person who brings:

<> Prior experience serving children and youth.

<> Operations management experience

<> An even-tempered problem-solving personality, comfortable with all types of challenges

while maintaining a drama free environment

<>An outgoing personality, friendly and comfortable being fully engaged with kids,

families and community resources.

Compensation:

<> Starting Salary: $81,000+ (depending on experience).

<> Company paid health insurance
