Entry Level Operations Support Specialist
Key Position Responsibilities and Essential Duties:Support preparation of information packages to support certification and audit reportingEngage with internal platforms to upload key documents and certificatesEngaging with certification platforms to upload key documents and certificatesSupport communication of audit scheduling, execution and reportingPrepare analysis of audit results to support client program reportingUpdate and maintain client files to facilitate periodic client meetings and reportingAssist in updating and maintaining of auditor documents and profiles in both internal and external systemsData review, archiving of dataOther duties as assignedKnowledge Requirements/Basic Qualifications: MS Office – Experience and strong skills using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, and advanced knowledge and experience using ExcelOrganization skills – exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCustomer service – Provide professional interactions with our customers and service providers
