Construction company seeks production manager

Well established construction company seeks production manager who can stock and over oversee various projects mostly on the smaller side small additions, decks, sunrooms basements, siding and roofing. This person needs to be able to read prints, screen new applicants, hire, keep jobs on schedule, and put together stock lists, and keep customers up to date. This person should be familiar with building codes and be very organized and have great customer relations. Our jobs are very local and don't require heavy travel 95% of the time. This position could be full or part time. This is perfect position for retired contractor or contractor looking to getting away from working with the tools and could be full time position as well
