AM line cook
JASPER'S BACKYARD is an upscale casual restaurant in Conshohocken.
We are in need of culinary professionals looking to grow with our organization.
DO NOT apply if you are not a dependable person, you must have a passion for the industry and understand how a restaurant kitchen works.
DO NOT apply if you have not worked as a line cook for 5 consecutive years.
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-4PM
-Must have the ability to read tickets, and turn out high quality food in an organized and clean manor.
- Prep the station, keeping in mind to always stay a day ahead
- must be prepped and ready to go for lunch service and aware when lunch dies down prep continues
- Be on time with a positive attitude and ready to work, constant callouts will not be tolerated
- Know how to cook and prepare menu items from scratch, in a timely manor.
- Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen while communicating with fellow line cooks and expo
- Must have reliable transportation.
