This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for bringing events to life.Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of events from start to finish.Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and timelines.Support on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.Work closely with the Events Manager to track budgets, schedules, and resource needs.Handle event-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.Manage event materials, such as signage, supplies, and equipment.
