Job Description SummaryThis senior executive leadership role has full ownership and execution of logistics and trade compliance operations, standards and productivity for all of GEHC – primarily Imaging, PCS, AVS, Regions & Services, with close coordination with the PDx ISC team on process and synergy.Critical to drive strategy and innovation to transform our Logistics space and dramatically improve the customer experience. Ability to drive change, see potential from the customer view, and align this viewpoint to set a clear logistics/distribution strategy. Leverage technology-enabled optimization, with AI/ML to enable improved performance.Lead integration and transformation of equipment and services logistics teams including operating model, transportation strategy, warehouse footprint & 3PL strategy, cost optimization, and digital roadmap.Scope of Role Total organization of 400 people across logistics operations, trade compliance, and logistics COE. Leads optimization of $850M of logistics cost and driving logistics VCP with segments, regions and services teams. Manages 4.5 million shipments per year insuring logistics OTD and SLA compliance supporting both equipment deliveries and service parts fulfillment. Compliantly import more than $12B of parts and FGs around the world, into more than 150 countries. Manage duty spend of $215M while leveraging free trade programs and other tools to compliantly mitigate another $150M in spend. Manage 100 FG warehouses via 3PLs and drive network consolidation and transformation w ISC strategy team.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
Drive overall Logistics and fulfillment strategy for the organization, with customer outcomes as priority. Leads into the GEHC Segments and Regions to ensure an effective, connected, cost efficient and forward thinking strategy for best in class logistics.
Lead regional logistics operations teams responsible for transportation and warehouse operations globally including inbound to factories, factory to factory & region, and region to customer. Manage 3PL warehouse operations and demo logistics ops.
Leads trade compliance execution teams globally responsible for export screening, import compliance, broker management, classification and FTA operations either directly or through strategic partners. Key interface to customs organizations globally on routine matters as well as audits. Executes the governance model set by legal to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
Through COE teams, owns processes, digital tools, and initiatives to continuously improve and transform the logistics, and trade compliance functions for GEHC.
Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program.
Works closely with Global partners to integrate seamlessly related digital systems roadmaps and strategies, leveraging platform scalabilities.
Clearly communicates program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management.
Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s)
Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s)
Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization.
Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams".
Strong partnership with other functional teams such as Sourcing (contract negotiations), order management /install (OTI metrics), Planning for end to end fulfillment, etc

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical or supply chain with a minimum of 15 years experience in an operations or supply chain leadership role Extensive experience in logistics and trade compliance Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate cross functional & international teams to achieve business goals. Strong business acumen, including a financial background. Travel estimated at 15-30%. This role can sit in any GE HealthCare manufacturing or engineering site in the US.Desired CharacteristicsMBA or MS in Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain Understanding of Healthcare business and FDA regulated industry desired. Excellent communication and analytical skills, including influencing and communicating across a globally dispersed organizationFor U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $245,000.00-$455,500.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
