Asistent Manager for auto repair shop

This is a position for a person that have experiance with vehicle parts ,need to speak spanish also and have a great customer service atitud ,need to have a valid driver licence and work permit We work from monday to friday from 8 am to 6:30 pm that is 40h plus 10 h overtime

Job description

-Greeting customers

- Skilles on problem solving

-create invoices from the mechanics recomendations for the service advisor to present to customer

-Help anwering the phone when service advisor cant

-Ordering parts

-take customers home and bring them back to the shop

-Going out to get parts when need it

- Cleaning office and batroom

-Inspecting vehicle lowners before and after returned

Plus helping the service advisor on any task need it
