Fence Sales Consultant

Superior Fence & Rail Sacramento is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunityafter an initial evaluation period, in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling- leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.

This role offers paid training for 6 weeks at $25-$28 per hour (depending on experience), followed by a 3-6 month evaluation period with the same hourly rate, based on performance. After successful completion of the evaluation period, compensation transitions to a commission-only structure, earning 6.5% of closed sales. Average annual earnings range from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on performance.

We provide a laptop and phone at the end of the training period. A vehicle and gas card are available within 30-90 days of completing the training period. The territory for this role is Sacramento and surrounding areas, so candidates must reside locally. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training

- Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products

- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up

- Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of prior outside sales experience

- 2 to 3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred)

- College degree in a related field (preferred)

- Ability to work some weekends and evenings

- Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills

- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors

- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

- Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)

- Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation
