Overnight Dispatcher

Our client, a global law firm located midtown west is seeking an experienced dispatcher for a long term full time temporary position.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (no lunch hour)

Proposed Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor dispatch activities during overnight hours.

Maintain clear communication with relevant teams, internal and external clients.

Ensure timely updates and reporting of any issues.

Collaborate effectively as part of a team while being capable of working independently.

Demonstrate reliability, with punctuality being mandatory.

Requirements:

Prior dispatch experience is required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Must be able to multitask and work with multiple vendors daily.

Experience in booking events is preferred but not required.

Experience with Uber for Business is preferred but not required.

HS Diploma Required
