Construction Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Senior Project Managers and Sales team to ensure project success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Project Managers with daily project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
- Support the sales team by providing accurate project updates, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with the budget and schedule.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing project databases, and assisting with client meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
