Fireside Grill is looking to add to our kitchen team.
Line Cook -Full-time positions
2/3 Closing shifts- 4pm-Midnight
2/3 mid shifts 10am-4pm
Requirements:
Prior experience required.
Serve-safe food handler or manager certified.
Read and follow recipes, prepare menu items according to our specifications
Set-up line and maintain inventory for the day
Follow opening, closing check lists, including proper cleaning and sanitation equipment.
Knife skills are expected for slicing, chopping, peeling, preparation of product
Clean as you go and maintain properly sanitized workstations, ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
Work in a fast paced, busy environment
Be able to lift, move up to 50lbs
Must be able continuously stand on feet for 8 consecutive hours during work shift.
Follow direction and think ahead
Work together as a team to give our guests the best fresh meal
Prep menu items as needed
Stock food items on line at end of shift
Turn off , Clean all equipment
Team-work is critical in the success and development of our team.
