Elderly Care Home Health Aide

This job is for a 78 year old woman in Enfield who needs a lot of care. She is capable of walking short distances, but rarely does, and spends most of the day in bed. The only time she really gets out is with assistance to use the bedside commode for #2. She is urinary incontinent though, so the bed needs to be changed at least twice a day. That requires a load or two of laundry done every day. Besides that, she would just need food to be prepared and served to her, her meds, some shopping sometimes, and whatever other random tasks come up. The worst part is when she has a fecal accident, but that doesn't happen often.

Because of the need for changing pee pads in the bed, we are planning on starting out at 2 hrs in the morning and 2 in the evening. Times really don't matter as long as they are a decent time apart. Since she needs someone every day, I think it would be best to hire a few people to take shifts to ensure every day can be taken care of, twice. But if one person can do almost all of it, that would be okay too.
