To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience as an Italian chef or in a similar culinary position. Proficiency in making fresh pasta, risottos, sauces, and traditional Italian desserts is essential. A creative passion for Italian culinary traditions, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence are also crucial.
