I own a bar and cocktail forward restaurant in Brooklyn. It is small and intimate but has a full hood vent oven kitchen, and a basement that was converted into a prep area. It seats around 30 people.

I am looking for a business partner who can come in and serve food, the arrangement would be for them to cover all food, inventory, ingredients, and food related labor costs, they can keep all of the profit.

I will provide them with refrigeration, A grade permit, regular maintenance, essentially provide a working kitchen.

This is the perfect opportunity for a chef to launch their own kitchen concept, reach a young eclectic crowd in Williamsburg, we plan to open a 2nd location in Miami this year, and eventually 3rd in Paris. I am open to all food concepts but given the neighborhood, our identity something in the vein of date night, tapas, elevated bar food would do really well.

Apologies but I am trying to speak to serious interest so I ask a few things if you are interested you consider:

1) this is not an ad for us to hire a chef, we are looking for a partner to come in and launch and execute and entire menu concept

2) we will eventually want to see some proof of capital that we can commit to the arrangement for 3-6 months

3) + experience if you already have a spot, or food truck and are looking to expand
