Caregiver / Respite

We are seeking experienced with special needs caregiver to provide care for our 6 year old daughter with developmental disabilities in Mastic NY. Both Jobs are through the agencies.

Two positions available to work for one person total of - 17hrs per week.

DSP (caregiver family support services)- 7 hrs

Respite -10 hrs

Respite (10hrs) $21- (can be negotiated with angency)

Caregiver Family Support Services Level 1 ($30) - High school diploma

Caregiver Family Support Services Level 2 ($45) - an Associate's Degree or higher

Pre-Vocational Services ($30)

Shifts available: Mon 2:30- 6/7pm, Tue 2:30-6/7, Wed 2:30-6/7pm , flexible times weekends.

Position is also available through CDPAP medicaid program -21 hrs per week $19 per hour plus benefits.
