Starting Pay: $23.00/hr - Part Time to Full Time. Hours may vary. Some travel required.

Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual who has basic maintenance knowledge, for apartment rental units. The following is a list of preferred skills:

Drywall Repair and Painting.

Basic Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair, replace or install circuits, switches, fuses, wall sockets.

Install light fixtures, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Basic plumbing: Repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, garbage disposals, and dishwashers. Have knowledge in snaking drains.

General maintenance. Some cleaning required.

Good communication skills.

Self-starter, able to work independently, punctual and reliable.

Reliable transportation. Clean driving record, cell phone and email capability.

Must have basic tools for maintenance work. Must travel to various job sites in the San Fernando Valley, Long Beach, and Bellflower areas.
