Short-Term Office Helper Needed
We are a creative e-commerce stationery company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented office assistant for a short-term, 3-week temporary position. You’ll work closely with the office manager to assist with shipping tasks and organizing the office. This is great for someone looking for extra temporary part-time work with the potential for more hours in the future, as we frequently need additional help during busy periods.
The Details:
-Duration: 3 weeks (January 13–31)
-Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible shifts but no weekends)
-Pay: $20/hour (cash/venmo paid daily)
-Location: Pasadena, CA (on-site only)
What You’ll Do:
-Pick, pack, and organize stationery products for retail and wholesale orders
-Count and maintain accurate inventory records
-Help with sorting, tidying, and general office organization
-Occasionally lift and move items up to 50 lbs
What We’re Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and organization is a must
-Nimble hands for carefully handling delicate products
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment
-Punctual, reliable, and ready to commit to the full duration of the gig
-Must live within 15 miles of Pasadena, CA
-No experience is necessary, but it’s a bonus!
