Position Overview:
We’re looking for experienced servers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong service background, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent guest experiences. Familiarity with Toast POS handheld devices is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
Take and process orders accurately using our Toast handheld devices.
Offer thoughtful recommendations on menu items, wine, and cocktails.
Ensure orders are delivered promptly and correctly, maintaining high standards of service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and teammates to create a seamless experience for guests.
Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is preferred.
Strong food and beverage knowledge, especially with Italian cuisine and wine pairings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Current food handler’s certification
Open availability, including evenings and weekends. We open from 3:30-9:30 every day.
