Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative - Construction Industry

Company Overview: We are an established and reputable construction company seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction industry, and are passionate about building long-term relationships, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an energetic individual who is tech-savvy and passionate about staying on top of the latest trends. This person should have a keen interest in technology and be comfortable with digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop New Relationships: Meet with Architects, Builders, Engineers, and other industry professionals to encourage them to choose our company for their projects.

Increase Sales: Drive sales growth, consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales quotas.

Client Management: Maintain communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Networking & Promotion: Generate new sales opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and promoting our company’s services.

Industry Knowledge: Be familiar with and understand Architectural and Structural plans to effectively communicate and sell to clients.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.

B2B Sales: Solid experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales.

Industry Connections: Established relationships with Architects, Engineers, Builders, or other industry professionals is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, architecture, and structural knowledge is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Business Sense: A professional demeanor with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Drug Test: Must be able to pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.

Compensation & Benefits:

Training Pay: $1000 per week during the 6-month training period.

Post-Training Pay: Weekly salary plus 1% commissions (sales volume in the millions).
