Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant for a busy Contracting Company support our office operations. This position is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to our team and clients. This is a Full-Time Position Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. This position does not offer any Medical/401K Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Scheduling Estimates
Data Entry
Reviewing Contracts/Vendor Invoices
Emailing clients
Qualifications:
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Data Entry / Phone Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel; Basic Computer Programs
Construction/Contractor Experience a Plus
Bilingual a Plus (English/Spanish)
