Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine for Immediate Hire

Chef de Cuisine - well-established Boston neighborhood restaurant

Salary up to $90K DOE + benefits + PTO

- Must have previous CDC experience at reputable restaurants

- Must have experience with full service, upscale, high volume dining

- Experience managing food and labor costs, menu development, food safety knowledge

- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to mentor, train and educate a team on all BOH related skills

PORTLAND, MAINE

Executive Chef - Term is May - September (interested in long term candidates)

Salary up to $55K DOE + benefits + 401K + potential housing

- Previous CDC experience at full service, upscale, high volume restaurants

- Experience with menu development, sourcing and staff training

- Experience overseeing all BOH operations: financial, hiring, inventory, COGS, labor management

- Experience working with seasonal ingredients & seafood a plus
