BOYFRIEND co-op is looking to hire a few bartenders!As a bartender, you’ll be responsible for creating and fostering a welcoming environment through excellent customer service, crafting creative and classic cocktails, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the space. You will also actively participate in the co-op's collective decision-making processes, contributing to both the daily operations and long-term goals of the bar. Our drink program will be seasonal cocktail-focused, with a small but curated selection of wine and beers. We will have a specific focus on low-ABV and nonalcoholic drinks as well. We invite all levels of experience to apply. We hope to hire a few people with a few years of bartending under their belts, as well as one to two people with little or no experience, focusing on bringing in and training up those who have historically had less access to the profession.
