Black Forest Brooklyn is a busy German Beergarden.
Fritz is a busy 1920s Berlin inspired Cocktail bar.

We are looking to hire friendly and experienced Brunch Captain Fulltime for Black Forest Brooklyn and an experienced Cocktail Bartender Captain for Fritz Cocktail bar who are:
- Very self-driven
- Can arrive to work in a great mood, on time every day
- Can use daily checklists
- Has experience with high volume service in NYC
- Knows a lot about german drinks, food and culture
- Has experience anticipating guests' needs before they arise
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Is legal to work in the U.S.
