Field Supervisor/Manager for Painting Company

Local family owned painting company looking for an experienced supervisor in new construction production homes, custom homes, and commercial painting.

We are looking for a long term team member who is a team player, the individual must have a drivers license as well as possess the ability to speak English and some Spanish (bilingual) is a big plus, must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in residential and commercial painting or a similar supervisory role.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively and be a team player.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of painting techniques, tools, safety regulations, and basic computer skills.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess the skills of business

communication in both written and verbal form.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and find solutions quickly.

Organization: Strong time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and be a self starter.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the day to day filed operations

Coordinate the crews daily between the jobs

Supervise crew personnel to ensure standards are meet and jobs are running smooth.

Maintain record of work completed each day.

A clean and professional appearance is expected and always maintain good customer relations.

Keep the job on schedule and on budget by aggressively pursuing a set schedule and material usage.

Organize incoming information about the job and coordinate the invoices and expenses with the office.

You will be supervising subcontractors as well as regular direct employees, and knowing enough to help trades work

through issues on the job site is key

Place material orders on a daily basis and keep and inventory of material on sites

to maintaining a project’s running smooth.

This is a full time position from Monday to Friday and requires driving between multiple jobs / projects on a daily basis, we provide company truck, gas, company phone, paid vacations after one year and some paid holidays, please send your contact information and resume to be consider for this position.
