Office Administrative Assistance
Our countertop fabrication company is looking for an office administrative assistant! Below are the responsibilities of this position.
-Be the main point of contact for customers, designers and coworkers.
-Collect verify and review project information.
-Assist in scheduling measures and installations.
-Plan and book outer island installation trips.
-Finalize and close purchase orders.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Reliable form of transportation and cell phone
Experience in customer service desired
Confident and professional
