Leading Self Storage Management Company is looking for a motivated and dependable people to fill multiple positions. One potential position is a full time on-site resident manager, the other position is for an assistant manager role, this role is 32 hours per week at one location. Storage experience preferred but not required. Available positions are within the local Phoenix area. When submitting your resume, please specify which position you are applying for!

Job duties include the showing, renting, and vacating of storage units, greeting customers, answering phones for rental inquiries and making delinquency phone calls, neighborhood marketing/networking to help promote the storage facility is required for the on-site manager position. These positions include all aspects of running an office including, but not limited to the use of a computer software program, responding to internet inquiries and phone calls in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making decisions, following lien procedures (must be detailed oriented) and the printing/interpreting of reports.

In addition to office related work, responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, repair issues, working on doors, painting, etc.) Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with the public. Be a self starter and have the ability to keep busy during the slow times of the day. Possess good time management skills and have the ability to solve problems in a courteous and timely manner. Must have knowledge of computers, sales, communicate well on the phone, and enjoy working with people. Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit. Daily runs to the post office, office supply store, etc. may be necessary, so reliable transportation is required.

Compensation for the on-site resident manager includes the use of company provided apartment, utilities included. Assistant Manager position is an hourly wage based on experience. Both positions are eligible for monthly bonus based on performance of site.
