Your responsibilities include accurately and efficiently handling financial transactions and records. You'll oversee financial performance throughout the fiscal cycle and proactively communicating with stakeholders regarding updates, discrepancies, or any challenges that may arise.In addition to financial management, you'll also coordinate and work with logistics teams, internal service providers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, reviewing key financial processes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Your responsibilities:Assist in daily financial operations, including account reconciliation, monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payablesActive participation in financial reporting events (Actual, Forecast, Budget)Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processesActive involvement in reviewing and re-engineering existing processes and bringing them to the next level to enhance efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and adequate documentationCollaborate with other department teams to identify and implement process improvementsDesign and analyze financial metrics within P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvementAssist in the development and documentation of new financial procedures and policiesProvide support during internal and external audits
