We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and invoice processing

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented

Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations

Respond to inquiries and provide support related to accounting functions

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
