Prep Cook/Deli

We are looking for prep cooks and deli clerks to assist us in our high volume deli at Nielsen Brothers Market in Carmel by the Sea.

Duties

- Food prep

-Ability to take direction

-Time management

- Ability to follow recipes

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Ensure all food meets quality standards before being served

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Experience

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Familiarity with menu planning and food handling techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
