Assistant Shift Manager

Saigon Sisters Restaurant, located in the vibrant West Loop, is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Shift Manager with a strong culinary background. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, dedicated, and possess exceptional customer service skills. A valid ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

This role offers excellent growth opportunities within our expanding, independent, family-owned company. While previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is advantageous, it is not required. Open availability from Tuesday to Saturday is essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, first-class customer service

Possess tech-savviness to handle various digital platforms

Assist on the cold line when necessary

Oversee all catering orders

Conduct daily line checks

Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Exhibit a dynamic personality with strong attention to detail

Willingness to step in as a server when needed
