Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure that our customers receive top-notch service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Being able to learn each position and be available where needed

Assisting in training and supervision of staff

Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues

Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained

Implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability

Enforcing company policies and procedures

Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements;

- have 3 years in the food/beverage/hospitality industry

- have serve safe certifications

- have drivers license or easily able to go to whichever location is needed.

- have exceptional customer service
