Constructinon Office Manager
Pacesetter Personnel Services is now hiring a Construction Manager for Richardson Tx
Monday- Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm ( 30 min lunch)
Duties
Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction office management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and construction management software.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and management processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing schematics and plans.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in construction management or related disciplines are preferred.
Must have Excel & Microsoft Word experience
Must have Bookkeeping experience
